About Noori Advisory
A personal introduction to the perspective, experience and intent behind Noori Advisory.
About
Noori Advisory was built from working closely with founders of successful businesses and seeing, from the inside, what growth starts to require behind the scenes.
Before creating Noori, I worked across different sectors, including food, fashion, care, property and investment-led businesses, often in roles that kept me close to founders, decision-making and the day-to-day reality of how businesses actually run.
Being close to those businesses showed me that growth is not only something that needs to be achieved. It is also something you have to be ready to support well.
That is often the stage where stronger structure starts to matter most.
What led me here
Over the years, I found myself working very close to the centre of companies.
Not just observing from a distance, but working alongside founders as they made decisions, handled pressure, managed people, dealt with suppliers, watched costs, and tried to keep the business moving.
That gave me a clear view of how pressure starts to build inside a business when growth is happening.
Not always through one major issue, but through smaller things that are left for too long.
- Costs that are no longer challenged properly.
- Ways of working that should have evolved earlier.
- A founder still carrying too much.
- The business moving forward, but without enough visibility, structure or control behind it.
I saw how often those things were accepted as part of growth, when in reality they were signs that the business needed to evolve with the stage it had reached.
Why I created Noori Advisory
There came a point where I wanted to take this work further.
Not by staying inside one business, but by building something of my own that would allow me to help founders more broadly, and in a more focused way.
What mattered to me was keeping the part of the work I had always been drawn to most: helping businesses become clearer, stronger and better structured as they grow.
Noori Advisory was created from that decision, and from a clear sense that many founder-led businesses need this kind of support earlier than they realise.
How I work
My work begins with understanding how the business is really operating at its current stage.
That means looking at where costs have stopped being challenged properly, where roles and responsibilities are still too unclear, where the founder is stretched across areas they should no longer be carrying, and where the business is relying too heavily on habit rather than structure.
From there, the aim is to make the business easier to run, with clearer ownership, stronger discipline, better visibility and more reliable ways of working behind the growth.
You have worked hard to bring the business to this stage. If it is going to keep growing well, the structure behind it needs to keep pace. Left too late, that gap usually becomes far more expensive to fix.
The work does not stop once the business grows. It changes.
And if the business is going to keep moving well, the way it operates has to change with it.
